She's a genius...

Last night i got Amber some ice cream, asked her to grab a spoon, then i walked into the living room for a second. I heard the drawer slam shut and Amber start to cry a little. Worrried i asked if she slammed her finger in the drawer, she said "no, it was my lip" WHAT! how do you slam your lip in the drawer?? So i asked her, "honey, how did you do that?" here was her response... "come here and watch!!"


then later, she stripped off her clothes and said "mom, go get me some freakin jammas"

Where did she come from??

After our PURPLE breakfast, we went to the Freedom Festival!! At the car show Amber's favorite car was, you guessed it, the PURPLE one. (I think she has a new favorite color) She had some watermelon italian ice that we ate while we watched the talent show, where we heard songs from Hercules and High School Musical. She loved it! Then on the way back to the car we went by the face painting booth where she picked a PURPLE (are you surprised?) puppy to be painted on her arm. it was a very fun day!!

PURPLE PANCAKES!!

This morning when Amber woke up, the first thing she said was "mama, can i have a popcicle?" (it was 8 o'clock in the morning) When i told her she needed to eat breakfast first she cried and cried!! She didn't want cereal, she didn't want yogurt or cottage cheese, finally i suggested green pancakes. She cried more so i asked her what was wrong, she said she wanted purple pancakes, not green ones. Anyway, we got up to make our purple pancakes, and of course they have to be shaped like Mickey Mouse!! I made hers and she made mine. bet you can't guess who's is who's!!
