it's Halloween, but where did all of the pickles go?

this year halloween was pretty great! my mom made amber the CUTEST witchy dress and amber worked very hard to turn green. Aunt heather told amber that if she ate lots of green food like pickles and broccoli she would turn green. heather checked amber everyday and did start to a little green appearing behind amber's ears and even a little on her back! i found amber on the bathroom counter a few times very frustrated that she couldn't see the green, but hey, can anyone see behind their own ears?

We finally did our pumpkins! I think Amber's favorite part about it, besides getting her hands all messy in the paint, was eating the guts! I've been known to eat a few seeds or some of the meat, but she was eating it all, slimy stuff and everything! It almost looked like she was eating a giant bowl of cereal with a giant orange spoon! EEEWW!!! One bite after another! She drew the face on her pumpkin and i cut it out, i think it's a perfect match to her, cute little eyes, cute little nose and a HUGE mouth! I think the one she painted the face on looks French with his mustache lookin thing.

Pumpkin Patch!

On monday amber's preschool class went to the pumpkin patch, and Valynn and her girls met us there. we saw bunnies, turkeys, goats ducks and chickens. there was lots of stuf to play on and of course in the end we got pumpkins!! It was really fun to see amber interact with her classmates and her teacher. i ope she always loves school as much as she does now.

So this was supposed to be a class picture but i snapped it 2 seconds too late, it wasn't easy to get 12 4 year olds to stand there while everyone got their pictures.
